# Moong dal kheer ( Hesaru bele payasa)

### Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup moong dal( Hesaru bele)
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tsp ghee
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- 2 cups of water
- pinch of cardamom powder
- a pinch of salt

### Instructions:

- 1. Take cooker add moong dal and fry it until it becomes golden brown
- 2. Add 1/4 cup of water & cook the dal by making 2 whistles
- 3. Add 1/2 cup of powdered jaggery & a pinch of salt & boil it 10 mins
- 4. Add coconut milk, cardamom powder. When it just starts boiling switch off the stove
- 5. Add friend cashew nuts and 2 tsp of ghee
- 6. Serve tasty ( Hesaru bele payasa) Moong dal kheer
