Healthy Flaxseed and Peanut Laddu

HEALTHY FLAXSEED and PEANUT lADDU
- 1/2 cup peanuts,(roast peanut and remove sink),
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds (wash and dried),
- 1/4 cup jaggery grated,
- Elaichi powder 1 tsp,
- 1/2 tsp ghee,
- heat a pan dry roast flaxseed till they splutters.let it cool.
- powder roasted peanuts and flaxseed in a blender add the grated jaggery,elachi powder and melted ghee to the mixture and make laddus .
- Healthy laddus are ready.
