Description:

HEALTHY FLAXSEED and PEANUT lADDU

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanuts,(roast peanut and remove sink),
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds (wash and dried),
  • 1/4 cup jaggery grated,
  • Elaichi powder 1 tsp,
  • 1/2 tsp ghee,

Instructions:

  • heat a pan dry roast flaxseed till they splutters.let it cool.
  • powder roasted peanuts and flaxseed in a blender add the grated jaggery,elachi powder and melted ghee to the mixture and make laddus .
  • Healthy laddus are ready.
