Ingredients:

  • 100 gms- rice noodles, soaked for 15 minutes in hot water and drained
  • 1 cup-chopped spring onions
  • 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp. Ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions:

  • In small bowl, mix soya sauce, water and sugar together. Keep it aside
  • Heat a oil in large wok, add garlic. Stir fry it until fragrant. Add the onion, stir fry until it begins to soften.
  • Push to the side, add ginger, spring onion and stir fry until spring inion soften.
  • Add capsicum, cabbage and stir fry until they little soften. Then add noodles.
  • Add the sauce, tossing the ingredients carefully to mix.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve it hot.
