Ingredients:

  • 250 gm Bhindi
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 2 medium chopped onion
  • ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed kasuri methi

Instructions:

  • Rinse the bhindi with water.
  • Dry them on plate.cut this bhindi 1 or 2 pieces.
  • also chopped tomatoes and onion keep aside.
  • make the ginger garlic paste.
  • make 2 tbsp oil in kadai.
  • add the bhindi and saute they are completely cooked.keep aside in plate.
  • Take the 1 tbsp in pan.add the onion and fry.add ginger garlic paste saut 1 or 2 min.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomato are soft and mushy.
  • it mixture are become to dry add the water and continue to cooked.
  • it is all over cooked in open pan. Dont need the cover the pan.
  • Add all the dry powder one by one.
  • stir well and saute for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • add the bhindi. add crushed kasuri methi and salt to taste, and mix well.and cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with some coriander leaves.
  • Ready the masala bhindi sabzi to serve with roti or naan.
